Dear Rotarians, to access important forms you must log-on with your your club user name and password to http://www.rotary5010.org. Go to the home page. Locate the top menu, move along it to the right until your cursor hovers over "Pages." A drop down will appear. Slide down until your cursor is over "RYLA for Rotarians," then left click once--that will launch the reach "RYLA for Rotarians" web page where you can access important forms.
